On Wednesday the 23th of September the third edition of the Best Fresh Foundation Charity Golf took place at Golf Club Broekpolder in Vlaardingen.

Last week Roy van den Heuvel, the Account Manager from our partner in packaging called Argos, handed over the first packaging made of Dutch Elephant grass to us. In co-operation with Argos we produced this innovative, fair and sustainable packaging as first for fruit and vegetables to contribute to the sector. 

The corona crisis changed the dining out sector completely. The list of restaurants that were temporarily closing down due to COVID-19 was growing over time. Many restaurants started with take away or delivery, some even started selling groceries as their dining rooms were closed, to get rid of inventory that was going bad.

Last Tuesday the national ‘Zero waste’ week started in the Netherlands! From 1 to 7 September everybody in the Netherlands is asked to help to reduce food waste....
